Christine McCallum, Performance Fitness member, and Certified Whole30 Coach will go over the basics of the Whole30 program with you. Bring your book The Whole30, The 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom if you have one. Books will also be available for purchase at the workshop for $30.00. Lots of Whole30 approved vendors will be supplying samples of their products as well as coupon codes for this event!
